Co - Founder
Our Go getter and globe totter from San Diego is a self made business woman with 10 years experience in early childhood education. She holds a degree in Bachelor of technology from JNTU and is a California state certified early childhood care provider. Her achievements in many Marathons and hikes across the world are a testimony to her grit and inner strength. She aims to bring in the warmth, vibrancy, love and respect to the learning environment in the academy.
Deepthi
Co - Founder
She holds a bachelor’s degree from JNTU and Master’s degree from Purdue University in communications engineering. She is a ‘Teach for India’ fellow who believes that education is the best way to give back to the society. A passionate teacher with a birds eye view for things runs the Academy with a vision to build grit and strength of character in children through joyful learning.

The architect of our state of art campus is also a software engineer from Atlanta. She is passionate about curating physical learning spaces for children and believes that by trusting children and by just letting them be in a rich learning environment nurtures independence and builds confidence in them.

She is an experienced IT professional from Irvine, California with an engineering degree from Pune university. A loving mother, a natural and compassionate teacher, now an empty nester is on board to devote her time and energy to little children. She believes that raising curiosity is the best way to teach children. At penguins Academy, She is determined to impart high quality, child centric education for raising children with global mindset.

Padmaja is a qualified and experienced international school educator. She has a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Elementary Education from Walden University, USA. Over the span of two decades, she worked in various international schools as a primary school educator and Curriculum Coordinator in New York City, New Delhi, Guangzhou, Beijing and Hong Kong. For Padmaja, working with children had been the most transformative experience in her life. In her own words ‘ Nothing beats the joy of making learning accessible to children and engaging them in meaningful learning experiences.

She comes with a strong academic and industry experience. She is an AMI certified Montessori Primary & Elementary teacher. She is an accomplished academician with a passion for academic and student development. She has been deeply engaged with multiple schools in various capacities playing a vital role in aligning academic and institutional visions working in conjunction with teachers, parents and administrative staff to establish and maintain high standards of education. She strongly believes that children should be given freedom with responsibility and adults in the environment should work as guides for them to discover their own path to becoming capable individuals.
